What drives us

You always know who has your key: Elisa, Amos, Fernando or Casemiro. We’re a small team with faces.
You don’t have to take our word for it, you can see it. After every visit we send you photos.

With the Safe Home Set we notice water damage or smoke within minutes, not only at the next visit.
After every visit
We send you photos by WhatsApp or email: the front door, the terrace, the living room, the pool. That way you know everything at home is fine, even when you’re far away.

Elisa grew up here and speaks Catalan and Spanish. At the Liceu, the opera house in Barcelona, she looked after guests and knows how to make people feel well looked after. She is your face on the ground.

Amos comes from Germany, is a designer and was a holidaymaker on this coast himself for years. He knows what it feels like to carry a house in your heart from far away, and he is your contact in German.

Elisa’s brother. He gets stuck in, runs a workshop for classic BMWs and simply knows everyone here. Fernando organises tradespeople and partners so that everything runs reliably.

We come by, look at your home and take over the keys. After that you know exactly who has them. We also look at the water and electricity connections and tell you honestly whether a Safe Home Set is worth it.

We check in regularly, inside and out: doors, windows, locks. After a storm we look again straight away.

After every visit we send you photos, by WhatsApp or email. That way you can see for yourself how your home is doing.

We take care of small things ourselves. For everything else we have tradespeople we trust. Only what you approve gets done.

When you arrive, the house is aired, clean and ready. You unlock the door and you’re home.
All prices include IVA, all plans can be cancelled monthly. Repairs and materials are charged by effort, always only after your yes.

Most water damage in empty holiday homes isn’t caused by storms, but by a pipe that quietly drips for weeks. Our Safe Home Set notices straight away, shuts off the water automatically and sends a message to you and to us. Installed by Casemiro.
For Premium customers the installation is included (hardware only: €299). Wi-Fi in the house is required; we’ll help if there isn’t any.

We do. Amelia looks after holiday homes in Miami Playa, Mont-roig, Cambrils and L’Hospitalet. We check on your home regularly, send you photos after every visit and arrange repairs. You can reach us in German.
From €49 a month: the Basis plan includes one check a month with photos after the visit. Plus with two checks costs €99, Premium with a weekly check €249. All prices include IVA, all plans can be cancelled monthly.
A house where someone comes and goes regularly looks lived in, and that is the best protection. We check in regularly, look at doors, windows and locks, and tell you straight away if anything catches our eye.
Air it regularly and look early. In the Plus and Premium plans we air the house at every visit and watch for damp, so you don’t get a nasty surprise on arrival.
With regular checks and the Amelia Safe Home Set: 3 water sensors, an automatic shut-off valve and 2 connected smoke detectors. If water is detected, the supply is shut off automatically and you and we get a message straight away. One-off €449 including installation.
Yes. Damage to the house itself is covered by your own home insurance (seguro de hogar), so we assume you have valid cover. Our dated photo reports and quick notifications help you with your insurer if something happens.
We do. We air the house, clean, switch on the water and electricity and, if you like, stock the fridge. When you arrive you can put your bags down and feel at home.
With the Premium plan we take care of post from the authorities and from the Comunidad, in Catalan and Spanish, and explain to you in German what it is about.
